warriors4

I am reading Warriors Into the Wild By Erin Hunter. Before I read I have a prediction. I predict that YellowFang will tell Thunderclan all of Shadowclans secrets and then Thunderclan will ask her to be a spy for them. I think this because, Technically she is not part of Shadowclan any more but Shadowclan probably doesn't know this so it would be easy to go in there and act casual and then leave again knowing all of their secrets to go and tell Thunderclan.

My prediction was wrong. She said that she would never betray her birth clan and that she would be leaving as soon as she felt better. While I was reading I had a few questions. My first question was, How is taking care of an elder a punishment? My answer is also a connection because, Once I had to take care of my grandma because she had a horrible cold and it really wasn't that bad. Oh! Now I know why she didn't want to tell her clans secrets! She didn't want to upset Starclan (the cats warrior ancestors) because she is a medicine cat and medicine cats are not supposed to be involved in clan feuds!! My second question was, What does "Deaden" mean? I read around the word and I inferred that it meant over do.

Firepaw's punishment was to look after and take care of YellowFang. Apparently she doesn't like being looked after. She is giving Firepaw a very hard time. Bluestar the leader of Thunderclan is now Firepaw's mentor. When a couple of kits were playing outside of the nursery one of the kits accidentally barreled into YellowFang. She jumped up and gave a ferocious hiss. The kit was so frightened that it ran back to the nursery. As for the other kit it ran away as well. The mother of the kits starred furiously at her. When Firepaw asked her why she did that she said she didn't like kits and that for some reason every time a kit was around her something bad happened to it.

  1. Good work Brie! However, you need to work on making your summaries shorter!
